About the Project

Adobe’s Customer Experience Center in its San Jose Founders Tower headquarters building is a living expression of the company’s mission and vision to change the world through personalized digital experiences. This space reflects Adobe’s culture of creativity, helping the company differentiate itself in Silicon Valley, establish long-term partnerships, and inspire customers by bringing Adobe stories to life.

Along with significant increases in brand awareness and engagement, the LEED Gold, all-electric space is helping Adobe achieve several key sustainability goals, including: 40% energy use reduction, 40% below the Lighting Power Density baseline, and 70% below the Energy Use Index target.

Designed with varying degrees of color and material intensity, the Center is a journey of inclusive, dynamic spaces:

  • The Entry: Customers are immersed in the company’s inventive world as they review their curated agendas with the Adobe team. A digital display is key to the arrival experience, featuring video that highlights the company’s brand, business, and community.
  • Briefing Rooms: These welcoming environments promote collaboration and problem-solving, serving as spaces for customers to share their most pressing challenges with Adobe and co-create tailored solutions. Catering Bays lead to these rooms, designed to energize guests as they enter their ideation sessions.
  • Campfire: A trust-building place allows customers to become acquainted with Adobe products and offerings through hands-on demos and customer case studies.
  • Support Spaces: Settings like phone rooms and an all-gender restroom are off a hallway and highlight work from Adobe events, partnerships, campaigns, products, and its larger creative community.
  • Dining Rooms, Lounge, and Balcony: Unique dining experiences with expansive views facilitate connection, while the lounge and balcony are relaxed environments for customers to recap the day’s learnings and leave feeling empowered for business evolution.
The project uses daring color combinations, sci-fi lighting, and reflectivity to create inspiring optical effects within the spaces. The space feels very future forward.
