The Student Empowerment Program (StEP) is a 3-part series of events for Northern California students. It will include an informational virtual meeting, studio and showroom tours in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley; and a final in-person event featuring guest speakers and networking.

IIDA Student Affairs, along with our City Centers, will be hosting StEP Part 2 across Northern California, featuring exclusive firm and showroom tours and professional headshots, providing students with firsthand insights into the design industry and opportunities to connect with local professionals.
