As an architect with over 24 years of experience, Sara’s interior design focus has been largely influenced by her having grown up in Manhattan, where she became exposed to a rich and diverse amalgam of architectural interiors. Guided by an acute awareness of a space’s power to affect mood and behavior, she seeks to gain a holistic understanding of how users engage with their environment through nurturing in-depth relationships with clients and leading a design process informed by a comprehensive synthesis of aspirations, use-patterns, and technical and programmatic requirements.
Sara’s diverse experience includes interior design, architecture and adaptive reuse projects for Brookfield Properties, Atlantic Theatre Company, Google, Equinox, Knoll, The Scarsdale Public Library, Brooklyn College Feirstein School of Cinema, NYU Langone, New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell. Sara maintains an active leadership role in the IIDA NY Chapter and frequently participates as a guest speaker, panelist and juror in the interior design industry on a national level on topics such as Wellness, Placemaking and Branded Interiors. Sara’s work has been published in leading design publications including Architectural Record, Interior Design Magazine and Metropolis.

Working as Creative Director at Common Grounds Workplace and through his career, Lucas Martin has established himself not only as a versatile designer, but also as a leader, manager, and integral team member while helping clients meet their objectives.
As a design professional, Lucas fulfills and oversees a number of key activities including ideation, concept development, and setting design direction. His strengths include communicating with internal and external teams through all phases of design, delivery and implementation, distilling and synthesizing clients’ wants and needs, leading the creation of design concepts, collaborating with other studio experts, prioritizing and delegating tasks to realize solutions within budget and schedule, researching and specifying materiality, designing for multiple price tier options and championing the optimal solution, guiding the job captains during the completion of the technical project documentation, and communicating effectively with the client and team while managing client expectations.
To fulfill these tasks, Lucas relies on listening, communication, and time management skills to lead, motivate, and mentor his team. Having been fortunate to work with teams of highly talented people, together we have developed extraordinary client relationships. Stanley Felderman

Stanley Felderman has an international design career spanning three decades of innovation and a catalog of honors deeming him an industry pioneer, creative icon and future forward leader.
In 2016, he was honored as the 37th Annual Interiors Awards’ Design Visionary, and in 2018 he received the Circle of Excellence award from IIDA. His work has been featured in the Museum of Modern Art and the Whitney Museum. His trademark “total design concept” is evident in a portfolio encompassing commercial, hospitality interiors, industrial design including a furniture line for Haworth, and product development for Steelcase, Herman Miller, and Interface. Most recently he launched a textile line for Momentum Group.
Stanley Felderman travels the country as a design leader to elevate industry conversations regarding the building of future environments, speaking at conferences such as 2016 Worktech in San Francisco where he spoke on the ”future of design”.

Isabelle Talbot, one of Ray’s two principals, joined the firm in 1989 and has been a partner since 2000. Ray Inc. specializes in commercial Interior design and project management. To the role, she brings extensive expertise with product specification and strong relationships
with a wealth of suppliers.
Isabelle volunteers a lot of her time serving on various ARIDO GTA Chapter committees as well as other organizations such as Corenet. Isabelle has also served as past-President of ARIDO GTA chapter.
Scott Heidmann

Scott Heidmann has been practicing Interior Design for 38 years and has developed a portfolio of corporate office, education, hospitality design and sports projects. He is well-versed in conceptual design, space planning, programming, and finish and material selections for clients with projects ranging in size from 5,000 sf to 1.2 million sf.
As Director of Design, Mr. Heidmann not only brings passion for architecture but is able to bring his love of art and aesthetics into the forefront of Interior Design.
