Honor Awards
The IIDA Northern California Chapter Honor Awards celebrates design through the recognition of outstanding project work in all Interior Design practice areas. We gather together as a community to salute our chapter’s mission to push past the status quo and lead as an innovative force.

Pioneers in Design
The IIDA Northern California Chapter Pioneers in Design, which takes place in June each year, honors a pioneer from the design community who demonstrates innovation and inspiration. Our honorees have led novel efforts or breakthroughs in practice or implementation and brought new understanding of the impact design can have.

Leaders Breakfast
The IIDA Leaders Breakfast is an annual international event series that celebrates design’s importance in the global marketplace by honoring the people who are both the legacy and future of design. Each chosen host city organizes a breakfast that features a renowned keynote speaker to provoke and encourage new ideas, and recognizes one city-selected honoree who has made significant contributions to the design industry.

Golf Tournament
The IIDA Northern California Annual Golf Tournament, hosted in the fall at the beautiful, historic Sequoyah Country Club in the Oakland hills, brings a unique opportunity for designers and industry members to network and have fun. Players of all levels team up to play 18-hole courses, participate in a wide range of activities, win prizes, and enjoy a full day of relaxation and connection.
