Christina Herrmann is a senior human resources executive, with over 15 years’ experience working in C-Level positions at professional services firms. In this capacity, she has been the architect of transformational change including process improvements, benefits optimizations, enhanced talent acquisition, with a focus on diversity recruiting, and increased professional development. Christina earned a BA in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan and an MBA from the European School of Management & Technology (ESMT), Berlin, Germany. She is also dual certified as both a Senior and Global Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, GPHR).
Jenn Johnson

Jenn Johnson (she/ her/ hers) is an experienced people, culture and coaching leader who aims to create intentionally designed cultural spaces where all humans have equitable opportunities to thrive and ample opportunities to celebrate and be celebrated.
Jenn is currently the Director of People and Culture at ezCater, and a certified Executive Coach at Better Up. She holds a BS in Psychology, MS in HR Management from UC Berkeley, SPHR, ACC, Leadership Architect cert from Korn Ferry Institute and Neuroleadership foundational cert from NLI.
Marco Lindsey
Associate Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Haas School of Business

Marco Lindsey is a Diversity First ™ certified diversity, equity, & inclusion and belonging leader with deep expertise in human resources, community activism, and anti-racism. His extensive experience advising executives, coaching leaders, managers and employees, and designing & implementing HR solutions across both the public and private sector.
He is the Associate Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at the Berkeley Haas School of Business. Marco was the first African American Chief of Staff at Berkeley Haas, and he is also an alumni of the school’s Executive Education program.
In 2017 Marco received congressional recognition from Councilwoman Barbara Lee for his work in promoting diversity in the tech sector. Marco Lindsey is an educator and public speaker, and has worked with dozens of organizations to promote belonging and inclusion in the workplace.
Todd Palmer
Director
Diversity in Design Collaborative
Todd Palmer is a design strategist, curator, and cultural leader with extensive experience shaping purpose-driven platforms at the intersection of design, public learning and spatial equity. In July 2021 Todd became the first Director of the Diversity in Design Collaborative, launched by 20 design-focused organizations aligned to confront systemic barriers faced by Black talent in the sector.
Palmer previously orchestrated the 2017 and 2019 editions of the Chicago Architecture Biennial as its Executive Director, and was Curator and Associate Director of the National Public Housing Museum. Todd earned a BA, summa cum laude from Princeton and a MArch from Columbia GSAPP.
