Join us for the North Bay CEU Series with TWO informative sessions focused on advocacy of commercial interior design and commercial furniture standards. You can chose to take one CEU or both – a box lunch will be provided for you to nosh on while you learn.

11:30-12:15 Advocacy of Commercial Interior Design

IIDANC VP of Advocacy, Nick Steele, will present the advocacy of commercial interior design in the state of California, what we can do to protect and promote our profession and what is being done on behalf of professional organizations working collaboratively across the state.

12:30-1:30 Standards, Engagement & Trends in Commercial Interiors

An approved CEU offered by BIFMA, the organization whose reason for being is to support the commercial furniture industry. This course reviews the value of standards for commercial furniture. It will familiarize practitioners in the commercial built environment with issues associated with why standards matter. You will understand how and why employee engagement can be affected by quality materials and how they apply to the need to specify sustainable products.
