The 12th annual [Raymond] retreat is an interactive, immersive experience aimed at breaking down key challenges design leaders encounter across a multitude of industries. Guests will coach, challenge and collaborate with one another to discover and develop both individual and shared solutions.
Hosted by world-leading design management and design leadership consultancy firm PARK, the invitation-only Design Leadership retreat brings together Chief Design Officers, VP’s of Design, Design Directors & Design Managers from leading global companies throughout the US and Europe in a collaborative and inspirational environment. This year’s topic, Design Thinking – What’s Next? will be discussed in Chicago and concurrently at the retreat in the the Netherlands. This informative, inspiring and interactive retreat will bring the participants along a Design Thinking journey through framing, empathising, iterating, envisioning & prototyping exercises.
This year’s USA retreat will take place on May 9th and 10th at the Catalyst Ranch in Chicago, and will feature Special Guest Expert Tom Lockwood, former President of the Design Management Institute and Editor of leading publications such as Design Thinking – Integrating Innovation, Customer Experience, and Brand Value, Corporate Creativity – Developing an Innovative Organization, Building Design Strategy – Using Design To Achieve Key Business Objectives. Guest experts in the EU include Miquel Munar, CEO of Roca, and Tobias Haug, Head of Design & Co-Innovation Center at SAP.
