Anne-Marie Gianoudis is a Senior Interior Designer and Associate at Gresham Smith and
Partners in Birmingham, Alabama. Her areas of expertise include project programming, space
planning, interior design and furniture and finish selection.  She serves on of the Board of
Trustees as the Chair of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Foundation and
as a Vice President of the IIDA International Board of Directors. Anne-Marie is also a past president
of the Alabama Chapter of IIDA, which was named as the IIDA Small Chapter of the Year in 2008
under her leadership.
 

Dan Menchions is co-founder of II By IV Design, an internationally recognized design firm base in
Toronto, Cananda.  Dan is an international award-winning interior designer with a unique combination
of organizational and creative skills, a sound business sense and understanding of the market needs
the profession can meet.  Dan is also a leader among his peers, as a past member of the Board of
Governors for the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), a member of the
Advisory Board of Food Service and Hospitality magazine, and nominee for The Premier’s Award for
Graduates of Ontario's Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, which honour the important social
and economic contribution college graduates make to Canada. 

Keith Rushbrook is co-founder of II By IV Design, an internationally recognized design firm base in
Toronto, Cananda.  Keith’s work has received many awards internationally as well as in Canada, for
innovative designs for residences, stores, restaurants, night clubs, exhibits, showrooms, offices, furniture
and furnishings.  Design and Display Ideas profiled him as an international Design Influencer and the
magazine has already named II BY IV Design Associates as one of the top 100 design firms worldwide.  
Before co-founding II BY IV Design Associates, Keith’s career focused on the design of hospitality interiors
and promotional exhibits around the world.
