Howdy,

One of my pursuits outside the office is to mentor the next generation of professionals for the built environment. I do this through a program called CREATE mentoring (formally ACE mentoring). We mentor high school student and try to get them to go into the various fields related to the built environment. We have been in Sacramento for 10 years and given out $125,000 in scholarships and worked with over 1,000 students.

This year we are doing a fundraising raffle. The first prize is a 5 night stay at a beach house on Monterey Bay and a case of wine with a minimum value of $50/bottle, $600 for the case. Second prize is a case of wine again with a minimum value of $50/bottle, $600 for the case.

We are only selling 200 tickets. So your chance of winning is pretty high. Each ticket is $50. But first prize is worth approximately $2,000 and second prize is worth $600. We are a 501c3 so the ticket should be tax deductible but check with your tax accountant.

If you would like to support the program, I would greatly appreciate it. You can purchase tickets on line at http://web.sacregionbx.com/events/CREATE-Mentoring-Program-2016-Wine-Raffle-257/details. Attached is a flyer with a little more information. They like to keep track of who sells what tickets, so if you could include my name in comments section that would be great.

Thank you for your consideration and support.
